Shift planning
See the week
before you pay for it.
Planning is one grid: people down the side, days across the top, and the commesse they are on in the cells. Absences and company holidays are already on it, so a plan is made against the days people are actually there.
The plan and the work are the same grid.
What you plan and what gets logged are two views of one record, not two systems that have to be reconciled. A cell you filled in on Monday is the shift somebody logs on Thursday, and the difference between them is visible without an export.
Overtime shows up before you pay for it.
Planned hours per person add up as you plan, against the hours that person is contracted for. A week that will run over shows while there is still time to move somebody, instead of at the end of the month when it is a cost.
Planned hours per person against contracted hours, week by week.
Each person opens their own week.
A person opens their week and sees where they are expected, on which job and at which site. A team leader sees their team. Nobody sees the whole company unless that is their job.
What was planned becomes what was billed.
The shifts logged against the plan are the ones approved, valued on the customer’s listino and carried into an avanzamento. Planning is the front of the same chain that ends at the invoice.
Planned, logged, approved: the same shift at three moments.
Everything it does
- Users, roles and permissionsCreate users with an employee record, build roles from permissions, and inspect real visibility.
- Org chart and supervisorsAssign a supervisor to each person; supervisors see and act on their own direct reports.
- Multi-channel notificationsConfigure events by channel and severity, send targeted announcements, with an inbox and personal preferences.
- Audit trail and change logEvery change is tracked with author and date, groupable to spot anomalies; sensitive data stays masked.
- Saved views and exportsSave filters, sorting and columns as shareable tabs, with the same layout carried into exports.
- Global search and quick createOne search reaches pages, settings and guides; a + in the header creates any record.
- Company setup and multi-companyLegal name, VAT number, contacts, logo, language and base currency for one account across companies.
- Personal workspaceA drag-and-drop dashboard, personal details, photo and signature, preferences synced everywhere.
- Secure passwordless sign-inSign in with passkey, password or a second factor; admins set policy and manage devices and credentials.
- GDPR erasurePreview exactly what will be erased, run it, and keep an immutable log of every erasure.
- Integrations and module catalogTurn on external connectors with per-company settings and a connection test, or request a module.
- Bilingual in-app guidesBilingual feature guides open next to the page they explain, searchable.
Questions we actually get asked.
- Can we plan in weeks and months, not just days?
- Yes. The grid switches between day, week and month, and the filters — person, team, commessa, customer — hold across the switch.
- Do absences and holidays block the plan?
- They are on the same grid. An approved absence and a company holiday are visible on the day, so you are not planning somebody who is not there.
- What if the plan changes every week?
- That is the normal case. The plan is a set of records you edit, not a document you regenerate — moving somebody does not invalidate the hours already logged against the previous plan.
- Is planning enough on its own?
- It works on its own, and it is worth more with presenze and commesse switched on, because then planned, clocked and billed hours are three views of the same records.
Works with
- AttendanceClock-ins that become a daily timesheet, reconciled against the hours logged on job orders.
- Leave and absencesRequests, approvals and balances, on the same calendar the shifts are planned on.
- HR and contractsContracts, compensation lines, HR documents and their expiry dates, on the same person the hours already belong to.
Tell us how you work today.
There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
