Engineering work is billed by phase, and the phase is done when the deliverable exists. Milestones are declared complete, the fee they carry becomes an avanzamento, and the drawings and reports that justify it are attached to the same commessa.

- Drawings, reports and deliverables live on the commessa, and are searched from there.
