The rate card
meets the timesheet.
Development and IT services sell time against a mix of fixed-price statements of work, time-and-material and recurring canoni. All three sit on the same job tree, each priced by its own rule, and the hours behind them are logged once.
What changes
- Fixed price and T&M on one project
- A statement of work billed a corpo and change requests billed by the hour live as activities of the same commessa, and each is billed the way it was sold.
- Seniority carries its own rate
- The listino is keyed by role, so an architect and a junior developer on the same sprint are not billed at the same figure by default.
The modules that matter here
Switched on one at a time. Take these first and leave the rest where it is — a module you do not switch on costs nothing.
- Job ordersQuotes, activities, priced progress statements, and margin per job, customer and person.
- AttendanceClock-ins that become a daily timesheet, reconciled against the hours logged on job orders.
- Management controlPersonnel costs, cost centres and budgets, rolled into a reclassified P&L.
- RecruitingPositions, candidates and interviews, from the careers page to the signed contract.
See every modulePriced per company: a fixed monthly fee per module plus a variable share per active user, in bands. No public price list.
Tell us how you work today.
There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
