Who you are · Consultancies
Who is on what,
and what it earns.
A consultancy sells its people’s time, so the two numbers that decide the year are how much of it is sold and at what rate. Both are computed here from logged and approved hours rather than assembled at quarter end from four spreadsheets.
What changes
- Planned against actual, per person and per period
- People are assigned to activities for defined periods with planned hours. What they actually logged sits beside the plan, so an overrun is visible in the week it happens.
- The price list is keyed by role
- A senior and a junior on the same project are priced differently because the listino is keyed by role, band and day type — not by a single field on the customer record.
- Non-billable time has a home
- Internal projects, pre-sales and training are internal commesse with their own hour budgets.
The modules that matter here
Switched on one at a time. Take these first and leave the rest where it is — a module you do not switch on costs nothing.
- Job ordersQuotes, activities, priced progress statements, and margin per job, customer and person.
- Management controlPersonnel costs, cost centres and budgets, rolled into a reclassified P&L.
- CRM and offersCustomers, commercial offers and their revisions, linked to the jobs they become.
- RecruitingPositions, candidates and interviews, from the careers page to the signed contract.
See every modulePriced per company: a fixed monthly fee per module plus a variable share per active user, in bands. No public price list.

There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
