HR and contracts
The contract, the documents,
and the dates they expire.
The HR module adds the confidential layer to the person the platform already knows: the contract with its compensation lines, the HR documents in their folders, and the deadlines — a probation ending, a contract expiring, a certificate to renew — that give notice before they pass.
The contract is a record, with its figures guarded.
Each person carries their contract: dates, hours, pay mode, and recurring compensation lines. Reading it takes one permission and changing it another, and the rest of the platform works with the person without ever seeing the salary. Part-time and apprenticeship are part of the model, with the apprenticeship pay ladder prefilled from a catalogue you keep.
A contract with its compensation lines, readable and editable on two separate permissions.
Deadlines give notice on the lead time you set.
A probation ending, a contract expiring, an employee document running out: each notifies the people you name, with lead days configured per company. Nothing depends on somebody remembering to open a folder in February.
Contract and probation reminders, on the lead days the company configured.
HR documents live on the person, in folders.
Contracts, certificates and letters are filed per employee, uploaded one by one or imported in bulk, readable by HR and by the person they belong to. A document with an expiry warns before it lapses, like every other deadline here.
An employee's documents in folders, with the expiring ones surfaced.
It sits on the people the hours already belong to.
The person under the contract is the same person who clocks in, logs shifts and files expenses. Base identity is available to every company from the start; the HR layer — contract, pay, documents — switches on as a module and stays behind its own permissions.
The same person record, with the HR layer switched on beside attendance and expenses.
Everything it does
- Apprenticeship pathwaysA CCNL rung catalogue that generates the contract and alerts HR before every step or end date.
- Contracts and compensationCCNL level and frozen minimum, salary, allowances, benefits and part-time type; figures stay private.
- Contract renewals and remindersAlerts before a contract or probation ends, one-click renewal, cost impact of a new CCNL minimum.
- Employee document filePer-person document filing, hidden from the employee or locked, with a read-only self-service area.
- Bulk payslip importUpload a ZIP: each payslip is matched to its employee and filed, the rest queue for review.
- Organizational structureSites with address, holiday calendar and headcount, and manager groups instead of a single supervisor.
- CCNL and pay minimumsHours, overtime and night rates from the CCNL; salaries checked against level minimums.
- Signatures and acknowledgementsSend a PDF to named people: each signs on the page or confirms reading, with reminders.
- Expiry alerts and renewalsAlerts before a document expires; renewals are new versions and scanning pre-fills the data.
Questions we actually get asked.
- Does it run payroll?
- No. Paychecks stay with your payroll provider or consulente del lavoro. This module holds the contract and the documents; attendance hands payroll a month already split into its categories. Together they are what the provider needs.
- Who can see salaries?
- Whoever holds the HR permissions, and nobody else. Reading contracts and writing them are two separate permissions, and everything else in the platform works with the person without touching the compensation.
- Does the person see their own file?
- Their own documents, yes: HR and the person they belong to can read them, and writing stays with HR. The contract's figures remain behind the HR permissions.

- Shift planningPlan people by period against the jobs they work on, and see the load before it becomes overtime.
- Leave and absencesRequests, approvals and balances, on the same calendar the shifts are planned on.

There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
