The export is the table
you were already looking at.
Every table in the platform carries the same Export: what leaves is what you see, filters included, as an XLSX whose figures actually sum in the sheet. The exports you rerun every month become templates, and the heavy ones are generated in the background and delivered when ready.
One mechanism, every module.
Shifts, commesse, customers, invoices, stock: the Export button is the same everywhere and respects the filters that are on. Nobody maintains a parallel extraction per module, and nobody opens a ticket for a dump.

The monthly export is a template.
A report you run every month — the hours for payroll, the open invoices for the bank — is saved as a template with its filters and columns, favourited, and rerun in two clicks. When the request changes, the template changes once.

Heavy reports run in the background.
A large export is generated server-side and appears in your report list with its status and its size; you are told when it is ready instead of watching a spinner. The list keeps what was generated, by whom, with which filters.

People export their own figures.
Self-service reporting gives each person exports over what they are entitled to see — their hours, their expenses — without going through administration. Row scope applies to an export exactly as it applies to a screen.

- Which formats does it produce?
- XLSX — the format the month actually gets worked in. The file opens with values that sum, not text that looks like numbers.
- Is this business intelligence?
- No. Charts and dashboards live where their modules live — margins in management control, the P&L likewise. This is the export layer: tables out, faithful to the screen.
- Can an export leak figures somebody should not see?
- An export is produced within the caller's entitlement, with the same row scope the screens apply. A person's export is their view of the data.
