Duckday

AI

It answers from
your data, not the internet.

Ask what is still to bill on a commessa, which shifts look wrong this month, which invoices come due next week — and the answer comes from your records, with the rows it used cited so you can open them. It is optional, and it never writes anything without showing you what it is about to write.

Duckday — assistente

It reads what you are allowed to read.

The assistant runs with your permissions, not above them. A question whose answer would include figures you are not entitled to see comes back without them — the entitlement is applied where the data is fetched, not where it is displayed.

Nothing is written without a preview.

Asked to create or update something, it shows you what it is about to do and waits. Approving a pending request works the same way, and only where you already had the permission to approve it yourself.

A proposed change shown as a preview, waiting for a confirmation.

It notices before you ask.

Shift anomalies, a stalled deal, an invoice past due, a commessa whose margin has slipped: rules you configure per company, surfaced as cards you can dismiss, with the record behind each one a click away.

Switched on per company, and audited.

It is a module like the others: switched on per company, its usage bounded, and its actions audited like everyone else's. Never let it decide a monetary figure: pricing is an engine here, and the engine is the authority.

The assistant’s activity, audited alongside everything else.

Everything it does

  • Actions and updates from chatCreate or update commesse, clients, suppliers, shifts and leave by chat, aware of the record you're on.
  • CRM pipeline and actions in chatLog calls, move deals across stages and advance contacts; ask pipeline value by stage.
  • Questions about your business dataPayroll cost, expenses, invoice ageing, absences, your schedule and progress, plus custom aggregations.
  • Charts, tables and citationsAnswers render as charts, tables, counters or downloads, with cited records as clickable links.
  • Candidate search and rankingSearch positions and candidates, and rank a shortlist against a position, directly in chat.
  • Proactive insight cardsFlags shift and schedule anomalies in the dashboard and chat, with rules and thresholds set per company.
  • Data writes with confirmationPreview before every write, no duplicates, no deletions, no confirmation claimed without a real write.
  • Granular permissions and securityThe model only gets the tools it's granted, with dedicated shift permissions and prompt-injection screening.

Questions we actually get asked.

Which model does it use?
The provider you configure. The connection is a company-level setting, not something baked in.
Does our data train anybody’s model?
What is sent, to whom, and under which terms is a configuration you control, and the sub-processors involved are published in the legal pages of this site.
Can it invoice for us?
No, and it should not. Amounts are computed by the pricing engine and the fiscal chain, which are deterministic and auditable. The assistant reads, drafts and proposes.
Do we have to switch it on?
No. It is a module like the others: not switching it on costs nothing and removes it from the product entirely.

Tell us how you work today.

There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
