Leave and absences
Ferie, permessi e malattia
on one calendar.
Every kind of absence — ferie, ROL, permessi, malattia, congedi, recuperi — lives on the calendar the shifts are planned on. A request is made, approved or refused with a reason, and the month’s counts follow from it rather than from somebody adding days up.
The month opens as one calendar.
The month opens as a calendar with one row per day. Absences are chips coloured by status, the day’s detail is one click, and adding one starts from the day you were looking at instead of an empty form.
Approve without opening anything.
An approver sees what is waiting on them and can accept or refuse it from the row, with a reason the person reads. The action only appears where the server says that person may take it, which is the only way a permission is ever enforced here.
Everything waiting on an approval, with the action on the row.
The balance is not a conversation.
Days taken, hours approved, requests still open: the month’s counts come out of the records rather than out of somebody’s arithmetic, and a long absence is stretched over the conventional working day so it counts the way payroll expects.
The shift plan already knows.
An approved absence is on the planning grid and on the shift calendar, so nobody is planned onto a day they are not there, and the month that reaches payroll agrees with the month that was planned.
The same absence, on the planning grid and on the shift calendar.
Everything it does
- Users, roles and permissionsCreate users with an employee record, build roles from permissions, and inspect real visibility.
- Org chart and supervisorsAssign a supervisor to each person; supervisors see and act on their own direct reports.
- Multi-channel notificationsConfigure events by channel and severity, send targeted announcements, with an inbox and personal preferences.
- Audit trail and change logEvery change is tracked with author and date, groupable to spot anomalies; sensitive data stays masked.
- Saved views and exportsSave filters, sorting and columns as shareable tabs, with the same layout carried into exports.
- Global search and quick createOne search reaches pages, settings and guides; a + in the header creates any record.
- Company setup and multi-companyLegal name, VAT number, contacts, logo, language and base currency for one account across companies.
- Personal workspaceA drag-and-drop dashboard, personal details, photo and signature, preferences synced everywhere.
- Secure passwordless sign-inSign in with passkey, password or a second factor; admins set policy and manage devices and credentials.
- GDPR erasurePreview exactly what will be erased, run it, and keep an immutable log of every erasure.
- Integrations and module catalogTurn on external connectors with per-company settings and a connection test, or request a module.
- Bilingual in-app guidesBilingual feature guides open next to the page they explain, searchable.
Questions we actually get asked.
- Are the absence types fixed?
- No. They are configured per company, so the list matches the causali you actually use rather than a vendor’s idea of them.
- Does every absence have to be approved?
- That depends on how you configure it. Where approval is on, a request is submitted, the approver is notified, and a refusal carries a written reason.
- Can a person see their colleagues’ absences?
- They see what they are entitled to see. Row scope is applied on the server, so a personal view stays personal even if somebody edits the request in the browser.
- Do sick notes and certificates live here?
- Attachments belong to the absence, so the certificate is filed with the day it justifies instead of in an inbox.
Works with
- AttendanceClock-ins that become a daily timesheet, reconciled against the hours logged on job orders.
- Shift planningPlan people by period against the jobs they work on, and see the load before it becomes overtime.
- HR and contractsContracts, compensation lines, HR documents and their expiry dates, on the same person the hours already belong to.
Tell us how you work today.
There is nothing to prepare. Half an hour on how your company runs — who tracks the hours, how an invoice comes together, when you find out whether a commessa made money — and we tell you which modules would fix it and what a quote looks like.
