CRM and offers
The deal you win
becomes the commessa.
Prospects, pipeline, offers and their revisions live where the work will be done. When a deal is won it becomes a commessa carrying the customer, the references and the agreed conditions with it, so nothing is re-entered at the moment the job starts.
One customer record, from prospect to invoice.
A prospect and a customer are the same record at two moments, not two anagrafiche that eventually have to be merged. The fiscal detail an invoice needs is validated when it is needed, and not before.
The offer keeps its revisions.
An offer has versions, and the version that was accepted is the one on the record. Six months later, what was agreed is a document you open.
An offer with its revisions, and the one that was accepted marked as such.
What is waiting on you, and when.
Calls, meetings and notes belong to the customer, and what has to be done next is raised as a to-do against it, with a due date that notifies and overdue that shows. A stalled deal is visible as a stalled deal.
Won means the job can start.
Converting a won deal opens the commessa with the customer, the order and offer references and the commercial conditions already on it. The person who runs the job starts from what was sold.
A won deal and the commessa it opened, with the references carried across.

Questions we actually get asked.
- Can we have more than one pipeline?
- Yes, with your own stages. Deals reference a stage by its identity rather than its name, so renaming or reordering stages does not disturb the deals already in them.
- What happens to a lost deal?
- It closes with a reason and stays on the customer’s record. The reasons are yours to define, which is what makes them worth reading later.
- Is this a full sales CRM?
- It is the commercial side of a job-order system: customers, pipeline, offers and the activity log, built to hand a won deal to the operation. What has to be done next lives in To-Do, on the customer it belongs to. It is not a marketing automation suite and does not pretend to be.
- Do the offers become invoices?
- They become a commessa, and the commessa becomes avanzamenti and then invoices. That is deliberate: what gets billed is the work that was done, not the offer that was sent.
Works with
- Commercial offersThe offer with its code, its revisions and its attachments, linked to the commessa it becomes.
- AttendanceClock-ins that become a daily timesheet, reconciled against the hours logged on job orders.
- Shift planningPlan people by period against the jobs they work on, and see the load before it becomes overtime.
